RESERVATION POLICY

When making your reservation by phone or email, we will take your credit card information to guarantee your room. Your credit card will not be charged until check out. At this time, you will have the option to pay in cash or with your credit card.
Our rooms are designed for single or double occupancy only. For US $30.00, a third person may be added to any of rooms.

Taxes

Peruvian law exempts all non-resident guests from the 18% sales tax on their room. In order to honor this exemption, a valid passport along with the Peruvian immigration card must be presented upon check-in. The hotel invoice must be made out to the guest name and not a company name.

Child policy

• One (1) child aged 5 or younger can be accommodated free of charge, if sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Our standard occupancy policy pertains to any child over the age of six. Therefore, if three individuals are occupying a room than there will be a charge of US $30.00.

Taxi service

We can help you with the transfer services from and to the AIRPORT with a reliable taxi driver. Rates 2018:

With a car (up to 3 passengers)

With a Mini Van (up to 3 to 6 passengers)

If you wish this service please let us know in advance, attaching your arrival flight information (Airline, Flight number, departure place, date and arrival time) to make the arrangements.
The transfer back to the airport can be arranged upon your arrival.

Payments options

It is recommended that you pay for your room with either US dollars or Peruvian currency (soles) as there are additional fees associated with using credit cards. Please be aware that bills need to be in good condition (i.e., not torn) in order to be accepted. Credit cards are accepted (either American Express, Visa & Master Card); however, you have to pay 7% more to process your card. Traveller's checks are not accepted.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made with a short notice affects us considerably since we are a small B&B. Please notify us by phone (511-2475522) or email: secondhomeperu@gmail.com / 7 days in advance if you are canceling, otherwise you must pay full.
