Taxes: Law Decree exempts all non-resident guests from the 18% sales tax on their room. In order to honour this exemption, a valid passport along with the Peruvian immigration card must be presented upon check-in. The hotel invoice must be made out to the guest name and not to a company name.

• One(1) child age 5 or younger can be accommodated free of charge, if sharing existing bedding with parents. 
• Children 6 to 12 require an extra bed at the price of US$30.00 per child
• Children older than 12 are considered adults and an additional fee of US$30.00 has to be paid.

Taxi service: Service to and from the airport is available for S/.55.00 soles/US$20.00 dollars (compact sedan for 1 to 3 people) and S/.90.00 soles/US$30.00 dollars (van for 4 to 6 people).

SPECIAL OFFER:  Starting October 31st , 2011 you reserve 3  nights or more  and receive a 10% discount on your room rate. Discount last until February 28th, 2012. This discount does not apply on reservations made by Expedia, Venere, Despegar, Booking.com. Pacarama, Wimdu,or hotelbookers.

Payments options: You may pay for the room with cash either in US dollars or peruvian currency (soles). Credit cards are accepted, however there is a 10% fee to process your card. We accept American Express, Visa, and Master Card. In case you made your reservation online  and you are paying your remaining balance with a credit card, please be aware that there will be a 10% fee added on your bill, this percentage fee will only apply to the remaining balance and not to the deposit you already made. This fee, in any case, does not represents a commission for Second Home Peru, it is a fee charged to us by the credit card companies to process your card. If the remaining balance is paid with cash (local currency or US dollars) there will not be any type of fee added on your final bill. The remaining balance (if paid with credit card) will be charged in local currency at the actual exchange rate. Please check with your credit card company to receive more information on the precise exchange rates and how they are applied. When making your reservation by phone or email,  we will only take your credit card information to guarantee your room, we will not charge any amount  until your check out. When checking out you can use another type of payment or pay with another credit card. Second Home Peru  also accepts payments in cash, either in local currency or US dollars, (no fees are added on your bill when paying with cash). Please be aware that bills need to be in neat conditions in order for us to accept them. Bills that are torn or ripped unfortunately can not be processed. Travellers checks are not accepted.

Cancellation policy: As we are a small B&B and we handle a limited number of rooms, a short notice cancellation affect us considerably. Please notify us by phone (511_2475522) or by email  at  liliandelfin@gmail.com  with 7 days in advance if you are cancelling, otherwise you will be charged for the full reservation.
